Apple juice

For several years now, we have produced a small quantity of organic apple juice using apples of different varieties, both sweet and tart: Gala, Crimson, and Goldrush. The fruit is harvested exclusively by hand at the end of August, selected one by one, to ensure that we only use perfectly healthy apples. Before being processed, the apples are washed. The apple juice is left to decant overnight and bottled hot at 80°C the next day. Without additives.
